La British Darts Federation y la World Darts Federation tiene programadas competiciones para los meses de verano en las que hay en juego plazas Winmau y puntos para los diferentes ránkings.
Por su proximidad y por el bajo coste de los traslados destacamos el French Open (el 29-31 de agosto) y el Catalonia Open (5-6 de septiembre), que ambas competiciones son ideales para medirse con los deportistas del circuito de la WDF, cuyas inscripciones rondan los 20,00 Euros como máximo.
Sin ir mas lejos en el último Catalonia celebrado los que participaron pudieron medirse y ver a Benito van de Pas y Dimitri Vam den Bergh (que este fin de semana hemos visto en el PDC Pro Tour de Gibraltar) o jugadores destacados como Allan Norris, por citar algunos.
